CODE OF CONDUCT

The federal government in Quintana Roo, maintain a zero tolerance policy for drug use, identity theft and credit card fraud.
Mexican law will be strictly enforced.

* Passport needed to collect paid party package

* Absolutely no outside alcohol admitted to any venue

* Any behavior disrupting and endangering our audience will result in the immediate removal from event and voiding of the party package.

* No professional cameras permitted to any scheduled event

* Tickets to individual events are no good without Party Package wristband. No Exceptions

*Possessing, consuming, buying or distributing any drugs of any kind is PROHIBITED.

EVENT POLICIES

* Passports will be needed to collect purchased Party Packages.
* NO Refunds for any Party Package or tickets purchased at the door
* All Events will take place at advertised venues – rain or shine.
* NO unauthorized Professional Camera will be allowed into any event
* NO throwing of ice, water balloons or any foreign objects

SECURITY & ADMISSION

By purchasing our Party Package or individual tickets at our door, you agree to submit to a thorough search of your property, including emptying your pockets and bags. By No Means will any outside alcohol be allowed into ANY VENUE in Cancun, Mexico. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

TRANSPORTATION

For guest staying at any of the primary host locations, transportation will ONLY be necessary for the Foam Madness Luau at Wet-N-Wild Water Park. Taxis and shuttle vans are the most convenient way to the water park and should cost no more than $5 if the ride is shared.

DRESS CODE

All of Cancun Jumpoff functions are theme events and require a specific dress code. Please keep up-to-date with this website and party themes. Please plan your attire according to theme schedule.

DO WE NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL TO MEXICO?

CANCUN JUMPOFF is a celebration of Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggae and Soca music festival.
It is the largest urban event held outside the United States.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR EACH PARTY?

All CJO events are theme functions with specific dress requirements.

HOW FAR ARE THE HOST HOTELS FROM THE PARTY ZONE?

All host hotels are within 3-7 minute walking distance to everything with the exception for Aventura ( Wet- N- Wild ) water Park.

DOES THE PARTY PACKAGE COVER ALL EVENTS LISTED ?

Yes. Once you purchase your party package you have express and advance access to all CJO events

DO WE NEED A PARTY PACKAGE TO ATTEND THE CANCUN JUMPOFF EVENTS ?

No.. You can pay at the door for CJO events. Prices are listed on our site.

CAN WE PRE-PAY FOR INDIVIDUAL EVENT ?

No.. We reserve Express Entrance and Advance Entrance specifically for people who purchase our party packages.

WHAT AGE DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND ?

We do not have any age requirements to attend the Cancun Jumpoff.
We automatically assume people with the financial wherewithal to be mature enough to attend this event.

DO HOTELS ALLOW GUEST ?

All Inclusive hotels will not allow for outside guest to enter the hotel for any period of time without purchasing a day pass.
